King Spa Policy

King Spa policy is to protect all guests in the facility. Violator will result in ejection from the premises without refund.

  1. Children under the age of 10 are not permitted without any exception.
  2. Children between 10 and 18 years of age are permitted only when accompanied by same sex guardian. Guardians must sign the waiver form at the front desk; also the seniors are required to sign the waiver form.
  3. King SPA & Sauna has the right to deny admission to customers who have health issues even when accompanied by guardian.
  4. Anyone with health issues is not permitted.
  5. No admission for customers under the influence of alcohol.
  6. Customers are not allowed to get out of the facility without checking out and no re-entry is allowed once check out.
  7. General admission voucher is based on a day pass during operating hours.
  8. All guests are required to deposit photo ID, credit card, car key or valet parking ticket at the front desk in exchange for a locker key. If locker key is lost, there will be a $30.00 fee charged for each lost key.
  9. No outside blankets, large towels or pillows are allowed in spa.
  10. No alcohol, food or drinks from outside are allowed.
  11. Please keep clothing for valuables and important items safe. King Spa & Sauna is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  12. Please keep shoes in your locker.
  13. Please keep an eye on your personal property at all times. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
  14. We are not responsible for lost or damaged prepaid coupons.
  15. We hold lost & found items for one month only.
  16. Members are not permitted without membership card

Please check your order email for the QR Code at the entrance. If you haven't received the QR Code, please ensure to also check your spam email folder.

What should I do if I entered my order email incorrectly?

How can I add the recipient's email to a gift card?

You can put the recipient's email on each gift card page.

Can I add the recipient's email on the shopping cart or checkout page?

No, you cannot add the recipient's email on the shopping cart or checkout page. Please make sure to enter it directly on each gift card page.

Can I use an expired ticket or extend its expiration date?

No, you cannot use an expired ticket, and ticket expiration dates cannot be extended. If you have any further questions or need assistance regarding the expired ticket, please contact King Spa Customer Support at (201) 947-9955.
