Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@thekingspa.com.
Disputes & Chargebacks
You agree not to file any chargeback, claim or dispute with your credit card company regarding the online order placed at http://thekingspa.com/ or purchases made at the facility. King Spa has a 20-minute grace period if you are not happy with the facility or feel that it is too crowded you will received a full refund as long as you did not use any of our amenities. You are eligible for a full refund as long as your stay was not over 20 minutes and you did not use any of our amenities such as showers, pools, uniform, dry saunas, etc.). If you use any of our amenities during this 20-minute grace period, you will only be refunded 60% of the entrance price. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because you think the facility is too busy, loud, and/or crowded. There are no refunds, discounts, or rainchecks because certain rooms or equipment were not working, the sauna or water temperature was not to your satisfaction.
